International Returns

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please return it used or new within 30 days of purchase.

The one exception to our return policy is for special order products that are not part of our standard program offerings; for these products there is no return option.

Please fill out and include the return form with your securely packaged items you wish to return in the original packaging and shipping box that you received the order in.

Please note that for international orders, you pay for postage at the point of return. Collect on delivery (COD) / carriage forward packages will not be accepted as you bear the direct cost of returning these goods.
