General Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The following terms and conditions stipulate the contractual relationship between Wolfram Droh GmbH and the online shop customer.

German law shall apply while the contract language for international orders shall be English.

Contract

Our online product offerings are non-binding. By placing an order – online, by phone, fax or email – you are making a binding agreement to enter a contract to purchase the product(s).

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with the corresponding order information, international shipping costs and invoice with payment instructions. The order confirmation email is acknowledgement that we received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. Your order is regarded as rejected, if there is no payment within 14 calendar days after the email order confirmation has been sent. We only accept your offer once payment has been received and conclude the contract of sale for product(s) ordered by you, when we send the product(s) to you.

The contract text with product details is saved for future reference under “my account” in the section “purchase history”.

Shipping and Shipping Costs

Your product(s) are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment has been received.

International Delivery with DHL “Europaket” (European Wide Shipment)

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland	free shipping for orders with a net goods value of €100 or more and €9.90 shipping fee per package for orders with a net goods value less than €100
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lativa Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, UK	€15.00 shipping fee per package
Cyprus, Greece, Malta	€30.00 shipping fee per package

All Other International Deliveries – including Switzerland

International Express Deliveries

Please note that international express shipping is not possible.

If for some reason a product is not in stock we will make every effort to contact you and inform you of the situation in order to find a reasonable solution.

Pricing and Payment

Our prices are listed in Euros and can be shown as VAT inclusive or VAT exclusive.

Once you have placed your order online, you will be sent an automatic order confirmation via email, followed by a second email order confirmation with the confirmed shipping fees and payment instructions.

Limited Warranty

The warranty period for defective products is one year from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please return it used or new within 30 days of purchase. The one exception to our return policy is for special order products that are not part of our standard program offerings: for these products there is no return option.

Please fill out and include the return form with your securely packaged items you wish to return in the original packaging and shipping box that you received the order in. Send to:

Please note that for international orders, you pay for postage at the point of return. Collect on delivery (COD)/carriage forward packages will not be accepted as you bear the direct cost of returning these goods.
