Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 30 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods purchased or once the last product is received, if delivered separately.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wolfram Droh GmbH, Dammweg 11, 55131 Mainz, Germany, Fax: +49 6131-62319-11, email: service@droh.de) of your decision to withdraw from your contract with a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or email) before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments for the ordered product(s) received without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communications. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you stated otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Note that for international returns you pay for postage at the point of return no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. Collect on delivery (COD)/carriage forward packages will not be accepted as you bear the direct cost of returning these goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
